Kelly Brown

As chapter president, the Archon presides over chapter meetings, enforces the constitution, bylaws, policies and ritual of the Fraternity, and all other executive tasks as the head of the organization. She is responsible for all correspondence and compliance with the University of Delaware Office of Fraternity & Sorority Leadership and Learning, as well as with Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters.

The Vice Archon chairs the executive board and council, supervises chapter chairmen and committees, and interprets and updates the chapter constitution.

Sisterhood Development

The Sister Development Chairman oversees all activities related to member development programming. She works with new members during the orientation program as well as the chapter as a whole at all times throughout the year to promote education of the organization and sisterhood activities.

The Membership Recruitment Chairman oversees all membership recruitment events. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of the chapter membership recruitment program and the chapter’s compliance with the Phi Sigma Sigma membership recruitment policy, as well as the University of Delaware’s Panhellenic recruitment policies.

The Member at Large serves as chairman of the standards board and ensures that standards of the chapter are upheld. She serves as a liaison between the executive board and the chapter, and applies the judicial process accordingly. She works with the Bursar to confirm that all members have paid all dues and fines.

As the treasurer of the chapter, the Bursar collects and disburses all funds belonging to the chapter and keeps an accurate account of all money received and expended, and presents a report of the financial affairs of the chapter to members.

Panhellenic Delegate

The Panhellenic Delegate acts as a liaison for the chapter to the University of Delaware greek community by serving as a delegate with the Panhellenic Council. She participates in discussions regarding the community and conveys information about Panhellenic activities to the chapter.

The Tribune keeps an accurate and permanent account of chapter proceedings and handles the attendance and participation of the chapter.

The Scribe reads all international and local correspondence, collects ballots at elections, and monitors the chapter’s adherence to Phi Sigma Sigma recognition and accreditation requirements.

Risk Management

The Risk Management Chairman enforces Phi Sigma Sigma’s risk management standards. She increases risk management awareness by educating the chapter on all facets of the risk management program. She develops, maintains, reviews, and updates the chapter’s crisis management plan. She is responsible for ensuring that a safety plan is in place for every event.
